Rather than turning to “collector” consoles, it seems that Sony has finally decided to opt for customization via interchangeable front panels. It’s a continuation of what was done for the first PlayStation 4 and it will allow you to change the color of your console according to your desires.

There are 5 colors: Midnight Black, Cosmic Red, Nova Pink, Starlight Blue and Galactic Purple. The shells will be available for both versions of the Sony console, there will be no jealousy.

To top it all off, there will be 3 new DualSenses to match the consoles.

These new accessories will be on sale very soon with an expected release date of January 2022. It will cost $55 to buy a front panel.

This marks the end of the “unofficial” hulls that were trying to emerge on the Internet.
